Who these terms apply to.

Arc Forge. Arc Forge Labs / Samuel Rodda, ABN 66 913 411 628, provides Website work, supported OpenClaw Agents, business integration, and custom software services.

Customers. By using our services, creating an account, paying an invoice, or approving work, you agree to these terms and any written proposal or checkout terms.

Business authority. When you act for a business, you confirm that you can accept these terms and provide access to the systems you ask us to work with.

Changes. We may update these terms. Material changes will be published on this page or sent to active customers where practical.

Supported OpenClaw Agents.

What we provide. Agents Plans include private OpenClaw hosting, setup, updates, monitoring, support, monthly usage credit, and guided model-provider connection.

Model choice. No model lock-in. Choose any provider, connect your account or existing subscription, and keep that provider relationship under your own terms.

Customer access. You are responsible for accounts, credentials, connected tools, permissions, provider costs, and the actions you approve your Agents to perform.

Plan scope. Plan inclusions, usage allowances, supported channels, and support levels follow the selected Go, Plus, or Ultra plan and any accepted written upgrade or change.

AI output. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. Review important output before using it for legal, medical, financial, employment, safety, or customer-facing decisions.

Website, software, and integration.

Scope. Project work is governed by the written scope, proposal, invoice, or accepted brief. Changes may affect price, timing, and delivery order.

Discovery and setup work. Setup / Rescue, paid discovery, business integration, travel, and third-party costs may be quoted separately and may require upfront payment before work starts.

Customer materials. You confirm that you have the rights to provide the copy, images, data, credentials, files, brand assets, and third-party access used in the work.

Delivery. We may deliver in stages. Feedback, approvals, missing access, third-party outages, or changed requirements can move delivery dates.

Ownership. After payment, you own custom deliverables made for you, excluding our pre-existing tools, templates, code libraries, processes, reusable components, and third-party services.

Billing, cancellation, and support.

Subscriptions. Agents Plans bill on the interval selected at checkout. Monthly plans renew each month. Annual plans renew each year and are billed upfront for each annual term. By subscribing through checkout, you authorise recurring billing for the selected plan and interval until cancelled.

Offers and promotional terms. Trials, discounts, introductory pricing, setup milestones, and challenge-based offers only apply where they are stated in checkout, a written proposal, or an accepted invoice. When a promotional period ends, the plan continues at the standard or disclosed renewal price for the selected billing interval unless cancelled.

Cancellation. You can cancel a subscription for future periods. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge. Payments already made are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where we approve a written guarantee or first-month-back challenge.

First month back. Some offers may include a setup milestone or challenge. The challenge rules, eligibility, and claim path will be stated with that offer.

Projects and one-off fees. Setup / Rescue, discovery, Website, software, integration, travel, and third-party fees may be invoiced separately from a subscription and can be due upfront or by stage as stated in the accepted scope or invoice.

Support. Support level depends on the plan or project scope. Ultra and Business Integration customers receive priority integration support.

Safety, third parties, and liability.

Acceptable use. You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy and the terms of any connected provider, app, hosting service, model provider, payment service, or software platform.

Third-party services. Third-party outages, policy changes, API limits, model changes, billing changes, or account restrictions can affect service behaviour.

Professional advice. Our services and AI output are not legal, medical, financial, tax, employment, security, or other regulated professional advice.

Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected service in the previous three months.
