Privacy

Contact and account details. Name, email, business details, login details, billing references, and support messages help us respond, provision service, and manage accounts.

Project information. Website content, brand assets, workflows, screenshots, documents, system notes, and integration details help us complete the work you ask us to do.

Agents data. Supported Agents may process prompts, files, connected-tool metadata, workflow logs, provider connection status, and usage data needed for service health and support.

Dictate app data. Dictate is covered by a dedicated Dictate Privacy Policy for microphone use, local transcript history, logs, downloaded speech models, hosted providers, bug reports, and deletion.

Technical data. IP addresses, device details, browser data, logs, diagnostics, security events, attribution parameters, and coarse website interaction events help us protect accounts, monitor uptime, troubleshoot issues, and understand which pages or offers are working.

Product-specific policy. Dictate is a local-first desktop app. It does not include Arc Forge telemetry, advertising, or automatic crash upload. Most app state stays on the user's device.

Microphone and providers. Dictate uses microphone input for user-initiated dictation. Local transcription runs on-device after model download; hosted transcription sends audio to the selected provider only when the user configures that provider.

Support and downloads. Arc Forge may receive indirect download, app-store, GitHub, npm, website, support, and bug-report information depending on where the user gets Dictate and what the user chooses to share.

Service delivery. We use customer data to host Agents, configure access, complete website, build software, answer support requests, and maintain security.

Providers and tools. We use service providers for hosting, payments, email, forms, analytics, advertising attribution, security, backups, and model-provider connection flows.

Model providers. When you connect a model provider, your provider terms and privacy settings apply to that provider. Your subscription stays yours.

Legal and safety. We may use or disclose information when needed to comply with law, prevent abuse, protect systems, resolve disputes, or enforce our terms.

Your choices. You can ask for access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information we hold, subject to legal, security, billing, and backup limits.

Agents permissions. You control which accounts, tools, files, and devices your Agents can access. Higher-risk actions should stay behind approval gates.

Retention. We keep data while it is needed for service delivery, records, security, dispute handling, backups, or legal obligations.
